I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences with poor customer service here, tonight finally convinced me to say something. When I picked up my order, I asked the manager if they had any wing sauce I could get on the side. I was simply told, “No, I don’t have any.” I didn’t argue or make a scene—I said alright and left. What bothered me was checking their own menu afterward and seeing that Buffalo dipping sauce is specifically offered on the side for an additional charge, along with several other dipping sauces. I would have gladly paid for it. If they were simply out of sauce tonight, that could have been explained and I wouldn’t have had an issue. By itself, it’s just sauce and obviously not a big deal. The reason I’m leaving the review is that this interaction follows multiple experiences I’ve had with the same consistently dismissive and unfriendly customer service. As a paying customer, asking a basic question shouldn’t feel like you’re inconveniencing someone. The food isn’t my issue. Unfortunately, the customer service has reached the point where I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. Never been to a place in my life that was so comfortable

the pizza at this place was absolutely delicious, and it raises my expectations for other pizza places to. i highly recommend going here, the woman at the cash register is very polite to. i came here late at night and i say that it was very worth it. 10/10.

Great vibes and great pizza, first time being there and Sage (aka bunny) and Brandon, made my visit memorable shout out to them! Will definitely come back again!

Ordered on DoorDash. Absolutely terrible. Received a burnt to a crisp monstrosity when I ordered the Old Hag's Triple Pepperoni. Aside from being inedible, I didn't even get the extra pepperoni I requested or the pepper/parm combo, or maybe I did but since it's charred to death I just can't tell. Let's not talk about how greasy it was also. It soaked through the liner, AND through the bottom of the box. Definitely wouldn't order again.
